        I started my first job at McDonalds while in my last year of school. After leaving school I continued to work at my local McDonalds until I realised that I wanted a job that challenged me and allowed me greater control over my future career prospects and progression.

 

      

        My first move from McDoanlds was to 118 118 (The Number UK Ltd) in Cardiff Gate. I entered here as a level one CSR. After passing probation by meeting the required criteria I became a level 2 CSR. Through my first year of working with The Number I successfully met my targets of 100% quality on a regular basis, accuracy and an average call time of under 35 seconds. I worked here for just over a year until the call centre was closed down and all agents given the option of redundancy or redeployment. I took the redeployment offer with Conduit working on their Sky contract in a sales role.

 

      

        Keen to acquire sales experience I volunteered to be part of the first group to transfer up to Conduit and start the training. The training was a week long, in which we had to learn the required product knowledge, sales techniques and computer system required to process the sales and conform to data protection laws. I now regularly make all my sales targets and have a grate track record of punctuality, target meeting, efficiency and the ability to pick up new software and techniques above my requirements easily and competently.
